When we focus on gratitude in my Interpersonal Skills course using The Seven Challenges of Communication workbook, I show the class the piece in the DVD The Secret about gratitude and gratitude rocks. Then I give each student a rock and ask them to keep it with them to remind them to be grateful. They share their experiences the next week.
