It is OneEarth.University’s Library & Bookstore’s policy to respect your privacy and comply with any applicable law and regulation regarding any personal information we may collect about you, including across our website, https://oneearth.university, and other sites we own and operate.

Information we collect includes both information you knowingly and actively provide us when using or participating in any of our services (limited at present to newsletter and book purchasing), and any information automatically sent by your devices in the course of accessing our products and services.

if you wish to receive our Newsletter, submit a comment, or receive other specialized notices.
If you order books or posters from us, all the information necessary to complete the transaction will be held by the payment gateway (Such as PayPal or Stripe). The payment gateway will only send us your name, postal address and items ordered, for the purpose of allowing us to fulfil your order.
Legitimate Reasons for Processing Your Personal Information
We only collect and use your personal information (limited to name and email) to send out newsletters. If you buy books from one of our affiliated online booksellers, the personal information you enter when buying a book is not accessed, collected, used or held by us. The non-personal information collected by our webservers about your computer’s location, operating system, page views and/or browser, are not linked by us to your name and/or email.Â
